UBA Special Report on Determining the Levy Rate for Fireworks Under the Single-Use Plastics Fund Act
In September, the Federal Environment Agency published a special report on the review of levy rates for fireworks under the Single-Use Plastics Fund Act. Fireworks manufacturers will be required to pay a levy for the first time in 2027. The full report can be viewed here.
