Reusable packaging in German gastronomy
On behalf of the WWF, GVM conducted a study on offers for reusable packaging in the German catering industry. The background to this is the obligation for gastronomies to offer reusable packaging, which came into force on 01.01.2023. The results show that reusable packaging has hardly become widespread in the gastronomy sector. The study analyses the cause and presents possible solutions. You can find the complete study here.
