For its current packaging technology, the company is looking for strategic partners to create new synergy effects through cooperation. To provide a basis for decision-making, potential strategic partners need be identified, evaluated, and ranked using relevant criteria.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

The Solution<\/p><\/div><\/div>

  • Assessment criteria are developed in consultation with the client. GVM designs accordingly an implementation method so that the addressed criteria can be evaluated using well-researched indicators.<\/li>\n
  • Suitable companies are identified and indicators such as sales, EBIT, product portfolio, locations and patents are researched.<\/li>\n
  • From the information, GVM creates concise company profiles and forms ranking lists that show the strengths, weaknesses and suitability of the companies examined as strategic partners.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>

    The result<\/p><\/div><\/div>

    The customer receives an overview of the attractiveness of potential partners and recommendations for action derived from this.
